Smirnov (Смирнов), Arkady Svetoslavovich (1947-)

Bard, poet. Arkady Smirnov was born on July 1, 1947 in Samarkand.  Began writing poems in 1980. Writings songs and poems. In 1983 he graduated from the S. Ordzhinikidzhe Institute of Aviation in Moscow.
