Bard. Mikhail Scherbakov was born on March 27, 1964 near Moscow.  He has become to be known as one of the most enchanting and interesting bards and poets of his generation.  He began writing songs in 1979. In 1988 he graduated from the M.V.Lomonsov Institute in Moscow, as a philologist. 

Scherbakov is very popular among the Russian immigrant community and in Russia among the bards.
