Akelkin (Акелькин), Vitali Igoreyevich (1942-)  

Bard and organizer.  Akelkin was born on August 17, 1942 in Moscow.  In 1962 Akelkin wrote his first song, The Hymn of the Physics of MIFI.  In 1966 graduated from the Moscow Institute of Engineers and Physics.  Akelkin became popular for his collections of samizdat bard songs.
