Aksakov (Аксаков), Ivan Sergeyevich  (1823-1886)

Writer, Slavophil. Brother of Konstantin Aksakov and son of Sergey Aksakov, both famous writers.   First author to write about the life of Russian poet Fyodor Tyutchev.
